It is made to order in approximately 3 business days in our Hyderabad studio, followed by 2–5 business days with the courier. The estimated arrival window is shown above; remote areas and holidays may take longer. You will get WhatsApp updates.
What is the delivery charge on the Custom 3D Name Sign?
None — delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. The price you see is the price you pay. Cash on delivery is available for an extra ₹49 handling fee.
Is this handmade or mass produced?
Every piece is made to order in our own studio in Hyderabad. Production normally takes 3 business days, and small variations in finish are normal.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will remake or refund it. Because items are personalised and made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns — but anything damaged in transit is our problem, not yours.
